Wearing a yellow strapless tiered maxi dress, Mehreen Syed attended the recently held launch of Faiza Samee’s lawn for Al-Karam Textiles. A simple summery look pulled off well for the event in question , though we didnt mind a chunky necklace to add finishing details. What do you guys think?

Of some the ladies who opted for saris at the Lux Style Awards were Sadia Imam , Bushra Ansari & Faiza Samee. While Sadia’s accessories made her overall appearance slightly overwhelming, the color & drape of the chantilly lace sari was a perfect choice for the night. She looked lovely.

Faiza Sami , the eastern couture Queen of Pakistan , wore a beautiful multi-textured embroidered sari to the awards. Elegance personified ! Enough said.

Its been a while we saw Bushra go for a traditional sari , something she used to wear regularly to one of her morning shows. And it called for a refreshing change to see her all pinned up elegantly in a crisp off-white & gold sari. Sweet, no? :)
